TinselTown Productions was formed in 1987 as a partnership of creative people who felt that combining creative efforts in a loose co-operative style would increase the chances for their work to be sold – or at the very least improve the creative process.
TinselTown still operates as a creative hub for artists around the world, benefiting from a wider skills base and the ability to ‘bounce’ ideas around. Recently, TinselTown Productions has begun to generate it’s own income and has been able to use this to improve presentations of partners’ work or to fund the development of new projects.
Seed funding of creative and media projects now plays an important role in TinselTown Productions’ own development and the ability to provide creative support for many projects through our many partners means that higher standards for new projects can be achieved bringing increased chances of success for all.
